Shipping and Cancellation

Shipping Policy
Orders placed with Anshi Creations are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped within 3–5 business days across India. Delivery timelines range between 10–15 business days depending on the destination, and a tracking ID will be shared once the order is dispatched. Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout, and delays due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.) will be communicated promptly.

Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been shipped or gone into production (for customized items). Once an order is dispatched or handmade/customized production has begun, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We offer Cash on Delivery for orders across India. A nominal COD charge of ₹99 may apply, and COD may not be available for certain pin codes or high-value orders above ₹999.
